The technology and process flow of environmentally-friendly and energy-saving waste plastics for atmospheric pressure cracking production of fuel oil equipment has been independently researched and developed by our company. It has won 4 national invention patents and 29 utility models, and many new technologies are under development.
The environmentally-friendly and energy-saving waste plastics are produced at the domestic and international leading level by the atmospheric pressure cracking production fuel technology, especially at the domestic and international leading level in terms of energy conservation. The existing equipment for processing 10 tons of waste plastic and any processing capacity is available for customers to choose.

The 4 final products we get after pyrolysis and distillation. And the usages of them is below.
1- The refining oil
(1) diesel oil (0# or 5#)
It contains 75 - 80% for all oil. And it can be used in forklift and other engineering truck, vessel, generator and etc.
(2) gasoline oil
It contains around 20% for all oil. And it can be as car oil after blending with oil of higher octain value in 1:1, or it used in gasoline generator directly.
It will be reused. (The combustible gas generated in processing can be recycled as fuel to heat equipment itself, which will save a lot of energy for the whole plastic pyrolysis process.)
It will be reused as condensation water.
It can be made active carbon and carbon rod or combustion alongwith coal and carbon.
Feature of Waste Plastic To Diesel Machine
Heated by the combustible gas produced in the pyrolysis (every ton of raw material can produce about 60kg gas). Saving more than 500 degrees of electricity per ton of raw materials. Compared to the direct gas emission, it not only eliminates the pollution, but also increases the economic benefits. (The economic benefits per ton of raw materials are greater than 400RMB)
Normal pressure operation, computer monitoring, multiple protection, good security.
Thorough catalytic cracking. The organic components of waste plastics can be completely cracked and the oil yield is high (the amount of waste plastics treated by single kettle per day more than 2 tons or the daily oil production more than 1 ton).
The raw materials do not need washing, avoid water pollution. The gas generated by itself can be used to heat, which is energy saving and environmental protection. And the residue is of pulverized coal, which can be directly sold as raw material for carbon black industry or directly involved in coal combustion.
Full computer control, easy operation and less workers. A single shift of 30 tons of equipment per day requires only 4 to 6 people to operate.
Adopting constant pressure high temperature slag discharging device (patent of our company), solve the safety hidden trouble caused by the leakage of slag discharge device
The gap agitator (patented by our company) and special heat conduction medium are used to solve the problem of gelatinization and the shortcoming of slow heating rate in the process of plastic heating.
The gas recovery and steady pressure supply device (patented by our company) solves the problem that heat is unstable and temperature cannot be controlled because of the unstable flow rate of gas during the pyrolysis process.
Special plastic cracking catalyst (proprietary technology of our company) formula and plastic cracking process (patented by our company). By combining liquid phase catalytic cracking with gas phase catalytic cracking, the shortcomings of liquid phase catalytic cracking and poor quality of oil products are avoided, and the disadvantages of high temperature and large energy consumption of gas phase catalytic cracking are avoided.
The technology of online catalytic cracking of wax oil is used to solve many problems of wax oil.
