10 Tons To 500 Tons Waste Plastic To Oil Machine Use Latest Pyrolysis Technology

Oil ratio: between 50% to 90% according to the different raw materials
The 4 final products we get after pyrolysis and distillation. And the usages of them is below.
1- The refining oil
(1) diesel oil (0# or 5#)
It contains 75 - 80% for all oil. And it can be used in forklift and other engineering truck, vessel, generator and etc.
(2) gasoline oil
It contains around 20% for all oil. And it can be as car oil after blending with oil of higher octain value in 1:1, or it used in gasoline generator directly.
It will be reused. (The combustible gas generated in processing can be recycled as fuel to heat equipment itself, which will save a lot of energy for the whole plastic pyrolysis process.)
It will be reused as condensation water.
It can be made active carbon and carbon rod or combustion alongwith coal and carbon.
SPECIAL FEATURES of waste plastic to oil machine
Function of the device is the use of all kinds of waste in the catalytic cracking reactor under atmospheric conditions, and cut the organic polymer chain in waste plastic and reduced to low molecular hydrocarbons --- fuel. Nonclotting and combustible gas under C5 generated during processing which will be recycled by the gas recovery unit, and piped to the fuel burner after voltage stabilization, heating to the device itself, eliminating secondary pollution to the environment.
Its equipment is characterized by:
1, The use of combustible gas produced during pyrolysis to heat, and save electric energy up 500 degrees (producing gas about 60kg for every ton raw material), eliminates the pollution caused by direct emptying gas, and increase the economic efficiency ( It brings up 60 USD benefit for every ton raw material).
2, Atmospheric pressure operation, computer monitor, multiple protection, security is good.
3, Catalytic cracking completely. Make organic ingredients in waste plastic cracked completely , and the oil ratio is higher (one-pot daily processing capacity 2 tons of waste plastics, or oil-producing one ton).
4, Good environmental performance. Don’t wash raw materials, and avoid water pollution. The resulting self-heating apparatus for a gas, the residue is powdering coal which can be used as raw material of carbon black and carbon rod or combustion alongwith coal and carbon.
5, Our machine system is CONTINUOUS and AUTOMATIC type. Using computer-controlled equipment, simple operation, less staff - only eight people works in 24 hours for 10 tons processing equipment.
6, Using constant-temperature slagging device (The company's patent), to solve the slagging the leak posed a security risk.
7, Using batch-type mixer (The company's patent) and special conduction medium, to solve the plastic heating process gumming problems and shortcomings of the slow warming.
8, Using gas recovery and voltage stabilizing supply device (The company's patent), to solve the gas flow produced by the cracking process instability, which led to heat instability and the temperature can't be controlled.
9, Using a special plastic cracking catalyst formulation(of the company's proprietary technology) and plastic cracking process (of the company's patent). In the liquid phase and vapor phase catalytic cracking combination, both to avoid poor oil quality shortcoming for the liquid phase catalytic cracking and avoid shortcomings of the high temperature required and large energy for vapor phase catalytic cracking.
10, Adopt the technology of the multiple catalysis and pyrolysis in order to solve the extra wax oil.
