Function and features of Waste Plastic To Fuel Machine
The function of the equipment is utilizing the waste plastics to be catalytic cracked in Atmospheric pressure reactor, and then the organic polymer chain in waste plastics is cut off and reduced to low molecular weight hydrocarbons, fuel oil. The combustible unsolidified gases under C5 gas generated by the equipment is recycled by the gas recovery unit and the transported fuel burner by pipeline after steady pressure. So it is heated by itself and eliminates the secondary environmental pollution.
Heated by the combustible gas produced in the pyrolysis (every ton of raw material can produce about 60kg gas). Saving more than 500 degrees of electricity per ton of raw materials. Compared to the direct gas emission, it not only eliminates the pollution, but also increases the economic benefits. (The economic benefits per ton of raw materials are greater than 400RMB)
Normal pressure operation, computer monitoring, multiple protection, good security.
Thorough catalytic cracking. The organic components of waste plastics can be completely cracked and the oil yield is high (the amount of waste plastics treated by single kettle per day more than 2 tons or the daily oil production more than 1 ton).
The raw materials do not need washing, avoid water pollution. The gas generated by itself can be used to heat, which is energy saving and environmental protection. And the residue is of pulverized coal, which can be directly sold as raw material for carbon black industry or directly involved in coal combustion.

The 4 final products we get after pyrolysis and distillation. And the usages of them is below.
1- The refining oil
(1) diesel oil (0# or 5#)
It contains 75 - 80% for all oil. And it can be used in forklift and other engineering truck, vessel, generator and etc.
(2) gasoline oil
It contains around 20% for all oil. And it can be as car oil after blending with oil of higher octain value in 1:1, or it used in gasoline generator directly.
It will be reused. (The combustible gas generated in processing can be recycled as fuel to heat equipment itself, which will save a lot of energy for the whole plastic pyrolysis process.)
It will be reused as condensation water.
It can be made active carbon and carbon rod or combustion alongwith coal and carbon.
